This agreement sets expectations between you, the student or customer, and MyCDLCoach regarding service delivery, communication, and conduct. By enrolling in any MyCDLCoach product or service, you agree to abide by the policies outlined below.


1. Communication and Support

  • MyCDLCoach responds to all customer inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday).

  • Support is provided via email at info@mycdlcoach.com and through your member dashboard.

  • For urgent coaching questions or reschedule requests, please use the proper form or contact method in your student portal.


2. Service Delivery

  • Course content is delivered immediately upon successful enrollment.

  • Coaching sessions, group calls, and any live or behind-the-wheel (BTW) training must be scheduled in advance based on availability.

  • ELDT Certificates are issued after all required modules are completed and the final assessment is passed, in accordance with FMCSA standards.


3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Students are allowed one free reschedule per month. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee or instructor availability.


4. Fees and Payments

  • All prices, including setup fees and recurring charges, are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Subscription fees renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • All setup fees, private coaching fees, and completed services are non-refundable.


5. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to attend sessions on time, prepared to engage with the materials or instructor.

  • Full completion of lessons, assessments, and required documentation is necessary for certification.

  • All work must be completed honestly and without unauthorized assistance.


6. Conduct Policy

  • Students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with professionalism and respect.

  • Disruptive behavior, abusive language, harassment, or dishonesty will result in removal from the program without refund.

  • MyCDLCoach reserves the right to suspend access or terminate services for any violation of this agreement.


7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Students who cancel their subscription will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

  • MyCDLCoach reserves the right to remove any student who violates the terms of this agreement, fails to comply with ELDT requirements, or disrupts the learning environment.

  • Removal due to policy violations will not qualify for a refund.


Acknowledgment

By completing your enrollment or participating in any service offered by MyCDLCoach, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Customer Service Agreement.

Program Includes:

  • 90-Minute Private 1-on-1 Training Session

  • Makeup for any missed sessions or DMV retest

Program Flow:

  1. Book appointment after purchase.

  2. Focus on target skills (backing, pre-trip, driving).

  3. Optional additional sessions available.

  • CDL permit required to attend session.

  • No refunds after purchase.
